Returns Policy

At We Do Bou, we understand that purchasing a wedding dress is a significant decision. To ensure a smooth experience for all our brides-to-be, we have crafted the following returns policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns

AII our dresses are made-to-order. This means that we do not stock extra items in our store. Once you place your order, it will be made specifically for you. Therefore, we will not accept returns of goods that are as per your order. Our return policy only accommodates damage or wrongful shipment of items. 

As all dresses are made-to-order, we cannot afford to accept the 'buy-many-keep-one' purchase. Our customer service team may cancel an order believed to have been made with that intention.

Due to the unique nature of wedding/prom dresses, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The dress must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.  We advise our customers to examine the contents of their delivery as soon as it arrives. Once you are sure the items are damaged or wrongfully shipped, please initiate the return/refund process as soon as you can.

  • The dress must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories (such as belts, veils, etc.) that came with the dress.

2. Return Process

  • Should you receive a damaged dress or the wrong item, we encourage you to contact our Customer Service team promptly. Providing clear pictures of the issue will aid us in assessing the situation and determining the appropriate course of action. 

  • Package your dress securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our team. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shippingPlease do not return the package directly to the address on our website or on the package, which are not our return address.

  • Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the dress to ensure it meets the conditions outlined above. If the dress is found to be ineligible for return (worn, damaged, altered, etc.), we reserve the right to deny the refund and return the dress to you.


3. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

4. Exchanges

As our dresses are made-to-order, we do not offer direct exchanges on wedding dresses. If you wish to exchange your dress for a different style or size, you will need to return the original dress (if eligible) and place a new order.

5. Damage During Shipping

If your dress arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact our customer service immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Digital Products

Unfortunately, due to the digital nature of digital products, returns or refunds aren't possible. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
