Your wedding sign is printed on premium foamboard with a smooth surface and a soft matte finish. Its rigid construction helps it hold its shape when supported on an easel, while remaining lightweight and easy to handle.

Displaying your sign
An easel is a simple, elegant way to display your welcome sign at the entrance to your reception. Choose one that comfortably supports the board’s dimensions.
You can also lean your sign securely against a suitable surface or hang it on a wall using the included mounting kit.
A mounting kit is included; an easel is not.
Delivery
Please allow approximately 5–7 working days for delivery. This is a guide rather than a guaranteed arrival date, so we recommend ordering well ahead of your wedding.
We offer free delivery on all print orders to the UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland. Delivery times vary by destination.
To help protect your sign during transit, we use reinforced edge protection and a protective wrapping of bubble wrap or kraft paper.
Local production
Your order is processed at the nearest available printing hub in our network of over 60 print partners across the UK, US, Canada and Australia.
Producing orders closer to their destination helps shorten shipping journeys and supports local print businesses. It’s part of our approach to reducing unnecessary transportation and the environmental impact associated with delivery.
Returns & order support
Personalised orders
Each sign is printed especially for you, so we don’t accept change-of-mind returns or cancellations once your personalised order is confirmed and paid for.
Damaged or faulty prints
If your sign arrives damaged or has a production fault, we’ll offer a free reprint or a full refund. Please email info@wedobou.com as soon as possible, ideally within seven days of delivery, with your order number and photos of the issue. This requested reporting period does not limit your statutory rights.
Errors in your design
Please check your design carefully before ordering. We can’t offer a free reprint or refund for spelling, guest-list or layout errors in a design you supplied or approved where it has been printed correctly.
