Returns & Refunds Policy
We hope you absolutely love your dress — but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Below is our returns policy, designed to be fair, transparent, and supportive of our small made-to-order business.
Return Eligibility
We kindly ask that you:
• Notify us within 14 days of receiving your dress if you’d like to initiate a return.
• Return the dress within a further 14 days from the date you contacted us.
To start a return, please email our Customer Service team at info@wedobou.com, and we’ll provide return instructions, including the correct return address. Please do not send returns to the address on the package or our website.
Made-to-Order & Fair Use
All of our wedding dresses are made-to-order especially for you. Because of this, we’re unable to accommodate "buy-many-keep-one" orders. If we believe an order has been placed with this intention, our Customer Service team may cancel it.
Important Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund:
• The dress must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition.
• All tags, packaging, and accessories (including belts, veils, etc.) must be returned with the dress.
• Dresses must be returned in their original packaging, securely packed to avoid damage in transit.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your dress arrives damaged or isn’t the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damage or incorrect item
We’ll review the situation and provide the appropriate next steps.
If your dress was damaged during shipping, please contact us right away with photos — we’ll work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of our gowns, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different style or size, you’ll need to return the original dress (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved:
• A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
• If the return does not meet our policy conditions (worn, damaged, altered, etc.), we reserve the right to decline the refund and return the dress to you.
Digital Products
Please note that digital products are non-refundable due to their nature. If you experience any issues with a digital purchase, please get in touch — we’re here to help!
